主讲人简介：
洪含雅先生获瑞士巴塞尔大学经济史博士学位，1982年入职瑞士联邦外交部，曾任瑞士驻北京大使馆公使、瑞士驻上海总领事。在几十年的职业生涯中洪含雅先生渐渐形成了自己对跨文化管理的一套理论，他定期为有意或业已投资东亚的公司提供跨文化管理讲座,强调企业都应该做一个“企业文化尽职调查”( due diligence),此外每年负责苏黎世大学和圣加仑大学跨文化管理课程” 。出版著作有《投资和管理中国业务》(《 Managing china》)、《中国指南》(《 Leitfaden China》)、《性别和权力》(《 Geschlecht d Macht》 Nomos. Baden- Baden)及《21世纪文化挑战下的人权》( Die menschenrechte in der kulturellen herausforderung des21. Jahrhunderts》 Waxmann. Munster)等。
